🆕🏡Итальянской ежедневной газетой «Il Tirreno» опубликована информация о ранее неизвестной вилле семьи председателя государственной корпорации «ВЭБ.РФ» Игоря Шувалова. Речь идет о роскошной вилле «Bengodi» в самом начале залива Таламоне в Тоскане.

Вилла расположилась на земельном участке площадью 36 га в окружении зелени и имеет вид на Тирренское море. Она была куплена в 2019 году, ее точная стоимость неизвестна (оценивается в диапазоне от €2 800 000 до €13 000 000 вместе с сельскохозяйственной компанией Villa Bengodi srl., которая производит масло и вино).

Формально вилла принадлежит австрийской компании Weitried Gmbh., контролируемой трастом в Лихтенштейне, бенефициаром которого по крайней мере, до 2017 года был один из сыновей Шувалова.

Ранее сообщалось о том, что Шувалову принадлежат:
-замок в австрийском Зальцбурге стоимостью $10 200 000;
-недвижимость в ОАЭ ориентировочной стоимостью $8 000 000;

These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted.
