А так в целом это британская методика. Действуя по ней, в последние четверть века Австралия и Канада распухли на треть каждая, но экономического роста это не повлекло (ВВП на душу населения даже чуть упал), а серьезных социальных, межнациональных и региональных проблем добавило.
Идея заселения дистриктов любым сбродом из помоек стран Третьего мира пока жива. Счастье Ресурсной Федерации в том, что её население не выросло на треть за тот же срок. #экономика
