Французский автоконцерн Renault передаст свою 68%-ную долю в капитале "АвтоВАЗа" в пользу НАМИ с опционом на выкуп в течение последующих 5-6 лет, долю в московском автозаводе ЗАО "Рено Россия" - в пользу Москвы, сообщил глава Минпромторга РФ Денис Мантуров.
"Из тех, кто находится в обсуждении с нами по своему уходу, пока это Renault. Renault, действительно, из-за дефицита средств на поддержание работоспособности или деятельности своих подразделений в России, принимает решение передать акции "АвтоВАЗа" и "Автофрамоса" (московский автозавод ЗАО "Рено Россия"). "Автофрамоса" - Москве, как субъекту. А что касается "АвтоВАЗа", то, скорее всего, это будет НАМИ, наш профильный институт, который примет на себя эти акции с возможным возвратом в случае, если коллеги примут решение вернуться", - сказал Мантуров.
