"Зарегистрирован протокол по в отношении мессенджера Telegram, составленный по статье 19.7.10-4 КоАП РФ (Неисполнение владельцем социальной сети предписания федерального органа исполнительной власти)", - сказала собеседница агентства.
Санкция статьи предусматривает наказание в виде штрафа до 6 миллионов рублей.
Протокол поступил на 422 мировой судебный участок во вторник, дата рассмотрения пока не назначена.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country.
