«Рассмотрение уголовного дела перенесено с 21 декабря на 17 января 2022 года. Сейчас подсудимый находится в медицинском учреждении, где проходит медицинское освидетельствование на предмет наличия заболеваний, препятствующих нахождение под стражей», — рассказали в пресс-службе суда.
Напомним, потерпевшими от действий Копайгоры признаны более 200 человек, по оценкам следствия, ущерб от действий предпринимателя составляет 970 млн рублей.
