◾️Три крупнейших рынка (без пригородов) формируют 25% российского рынка, первая десятка – 44%, а тридцатка – 63%. ◾️С осени 2024 года объем строящегося жилья в Краснодаре превышает показатели Санкт-Петербурга. Индикатор снижается в обоих городах. Но в Краснодаре за год снижение 3%, а в Санкт-Петербурге – на 19%. ◾️Стабильно высокие показатели в Екатеринбурге – почти 5 млн. кв. м, Тюмени – 3,7 млн. кв. м, Ростове-на-Дону - 3,3 млн. кв. м.

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
