Надзорное ведомство обнаружило, что структура девелопера проекта - ООО "Гранднэкст" нарушает права дольщиков в части переуступке прав по ДДУ. Застройщик прописал в договорах, что их переуступка дольщиками даже оплаты всей суммы возможна только с письменного согласия компании. В прокуратуре заявляют, что так поступать не велит 214-ФЗ.
