Президент заявил, что единственным гарантом суверенитета Украины всегда была Россия, а Запад вел себя “по беспределу” и вынудил РФ отвечать:
▫️ Запад после распада СССР работал с "пятой колонной" в России для разложения РФ и расталкивания страны на постсоветском пространстве;
▫️ Россия все делала для выстраивания хороших отношений с Украиной, но Запад обманул нас. В 91-м нам сказали: «Не дюйма на Восток». Теперь они у торчат у забора у нас. Им не нужна такая страна как Россия, потому что она слишком большая и сильная.
▫️ В 2014 году Запад развязал войну. У нас не было выбора, и нам пришлось втянуться. В Крыму была бы резня, если бы Россия не присоединила полуостров.
▫️ Россия не могла сдать США исконно российское и смотреть, как они "чавкают". США добились своих целей, рассорив Россию и Европу, а безвольная генерация политиков ЕС не может этому противостоят
▫️ Россия не собирается воевать с Европой и НАТО. Да зачем нам эта страна НАТО? Они никогда не были нам нужны.

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
