Արարատ Միրզոյանը ընդգծել է, որ հաշտեցման ջանքերն առաջ մղելու համատեքստում կարող են կարևոր ներդրում ունենալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված հայերի իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն հավաքագրելու նպատակով Բարձր հանձնակատարի գրասենյակի կողմից նախորդ տարի Հայաստան գործուղված երկու առաքելությունների արդյունքները:
