Сейчас его задержали, но, как говорят в соцсетях, раньше ему удалось «замять» ситуацию. На кадрах видно, что он любит «погонять». Как пишут местные СМИ, его отец — местный бизнесмен, который «вхож» в кабинеты власти.
Свидетели аварии говорят, что BMW мчался с такой скоростью, что избежать столкновения было невозможно.
