После поручения руководителя СК России Александра Бастрыкина в отношении должностных лиц администрации Рязани возбуждено уголовное дело по ст. 293 УК РФ («Халатность»), сообщается в группе рязанского отделения ВООПИиК в соцсети «ВКонтакте».
Предварительно установлено, что чиновники допустили нарушение норм действующего законодательства при подготовке и принятии решения о переводе под среднеэтажную застройку бывшей промышленной площадки.

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
