Из элитного в унылых сараях "Новоостровского" разве что потрясающие виды на горы и Енисей (все остальное - как обычно у Сибиряка, из этого самого и палок), но теперь Владимир Егоров и его близкие могут с гордостью заявлять, что они не просто "построили пол-Красноярска", но местами сделали его элитным (на самом деле в очередной раз изуродовали).
