Вот возьмем пример США. Огромный фискальный стимул, дефицит 6% ВВП. Долг, высокие проценты по нему, fiscal dominance. Высокая инфляция в неторгуемом секторе, то есть услугах. Но в товарах инфляции нет, а почему? Жесткая политика ФРС? Нет, конечно. Импорт дефляции из Китая в виде дешевых товаров (при стабильных ценах на энергию и продовольствие).

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
