Новое общежитие рассчитано на 144 человека. Здесь будут расположены однокомнатные и двухкомнатные номера с санузлом и кухней, медицинский блок, административные и технические помещения. На каждом этаже предусмотрены комнаты для репетиций, занятий музыкой и живописью.
Общая площадь трёхэтажного здания составит более 3 тысяч квадратных метров. Работы планируют завершить к 1 августа 2025 года.
