Изначально подрядчик не уложился в обозначенные контрактом сроки и допустил отклонения от проекта, а заказчик работ — фонд модернизации — отложил ремонт подвала на два сезона. В результате под дом начали попадать талые и дождевые воды.
Сейчас собственники квартир всерьез опасаются за сохранность своего жилья.

The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
