Некоторые представители грузинской оппозиции толи по глупости, толи по незнанию (возможно по умыслу тех, кто с Запада хочет напрячь отношения Грузии с соседними мусульманскими народами и странами) совершили серьезную ошибку.

По этому поводу грузинский общественный деятель и правозащитник Эльбрус Мамедов написал:

Еще раз убеждаюсь, что ксенофобия и национализм в Грузии имеют очень глубокие корни. Имя Пророка мусульман и слова Шахады используются в карикатурах в Грузии. Меня не беспокоят флаги каких-либо стран (Иран) и их персоны,
мне важны мои убеждения - "Ля илаха иллАллах, Мухаммадан расулАллах" не может быть предметом карикатур.
