Если же в стране много бедных, значит людей слишком много для тех ресурсов, которыми располагает страна. К сожалению, в России много бедных, никак не меньше трети, а по некоторым оценкам еще больше. Ну значит падение численности населения пока не является негативным фактором развития. Значит пока можно потерпеть однодетные и бездетные семьи.
