Wasser in den Mixtopf geben, Gahreinsatz einhängen & den Spargel in Stücken so wie Salz zu geben, 15 Min./ 100° / Stufe 1 garen. Den Spargel in eine Schüssel umfüllen. Erdbeeren, Mozzarella, Tomaten, Ruccola und Walnüsse zugeben. Für das Dressing alle Zutaten in ein Glas geben, diesen verschließen und gut schütteln. Im Anschluss das Dressing mit dem Salat gut vermischen, fertig.
