752 g Birnen (6 Stück) 1 TL Vanille Prise Salz 65 g Medjool Dattel (4x) 250 g Zartbitterschokolade (90%)
Schokocreme 55 g Datteln 55 g Cashewkerne 25 g Backakakao Prise Salz ½ TL Vanille 130 g Wasser
Birnen klein schneiden & weich kochen. (Ca 20 Minuten)Dann Die Birnen in einen Mixer geben. Salz, Vanille, Datteln & geschmolzene Schokolade dazu geben. Du kannst die Schokolade im Wasserbad schmelzen. Die Zutaten werden nun cremig gemixt, in eine Backform gefüllt & dann kannst du die Torte im Kühlschrank fest werden lassen. Optional noch mit Schokocreme bestreichen. Dafür alle Zutaten im Mixer cremig pürieren.
