Süßkartoffeln sind gut für Diabetiker geeignet, da sie die Bauspeicheldrüse unterstützen und den Blutzucker nur langsam ansteigen lassen. Bananen sind reich an Kalium. Orangen sind Vitamin C Bomben. Äpfel enthalten viel Pektin und unterstützen den Darm und das Immunsystem. Rote Beete Blätter sind noch gesünder als die Knollen selbst. Braunhirse enthält viel Silizium und unterstützt die Kollagenbildung, Haut, Haare und Nägel. Chiasamen sind eine gute Quelle für die gesunden Omega 3 Fette. 🍹
