Alle Zutaten in den TM (Thermomix) geben und auf Modus „Teig kneten“ 2 min. Kneten. Die Masse auf zwei, mit Backpapier ausgelegte, Backbleche streichen (schön dünn) und bei 150⁰ 15 Min im Backofen backen. die Bleche kurz rausnehmen, in beliebige Stücke schneiden und dann noch mal ca 45 Min backen. Es sollte richtig schön braun werden. abkühlen lassen und dann die Stücke auseinander brechen.
