Nach der Ernte im Garten hatte ich blaue Weintrauben eingefroren. Diese enthalten noch viele Kerne, die auch recht bitter schmecken und somit in ihrer Außenschale das wertvolle OPC enthalten.
In einen Mixer gibst du dafür 💜 zwei Hände voll gefrorene blaue Weintrauben 💜 5 Blätter Palmkohl 💜 2 kleine Äpfel 💜 1 EL Braunhirse 💜 3 EL Leinsamen 💜 2 Zink Tabs 💜 1/2 Sternanis 💜 etwas gefiltertes Wasser
Alles schön cremig mixen, in Gläser füllen und genießen.
Zink ist ein lebensnotwendiges Spurenelement und unterstützt das Immunsystem und ist gerade im Winter wichtig. Da ich die Tabs nicht lutschen mag und manchmal nicht vertrage, verstecke ich sie im Smoothie und merke sie so nicht.
