Поводом стало интервью и стрим, где Маркарян «сформировав в себе стойкую позицию о правильности идеологии и практики терроризма, высказал публичные призывы к осуществлению террористической деятельности на территории РФ и в отношении ее граждан с использованием беспилотных летательных аппаратов».
В настоящее время известно о начале проведения доследственной проверки, на основании которой будет принято процессуальное решение.
