Смольнинский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга по ходатайству подсудимого Валерия Израйлита прекратил в части производство по его уголовному делу.
Подсудимый просил суд, в связи с истечением сроков давности, прекратить производство по его обвинению в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ, ст.174.1 УК РФ.
