И заметил, что "россиянин" — не очень любимое слово россиян. Но и чистых русских уже культурно почти нет (то есть в русских входят и татары, и буряты, и кавказские народы, и все-все, кто говорит по-русски и воспринимает русскую культуру), зато есть нечто большее, нечто вшитое в страну, но не во внешность или национальность носителя. Скоро, наконец, возьмусь за В.Шарова снова. И про Гоголя роман куплен, и "Мне ли не пожалеть", и ещё что-то. Вот уж кто сильно писал про мета-русское, меж-русское. А скоро будет и мета-человеческое.

But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
