Сообщают, что он проигнорировал разведданные, оценив наступление российских войск на участке Липцевской общины Харьковской области как маловероятное. Это привело к неправильным приказам, что, по версии следствия, стало причиной потери территории и самовольного оставления позиций бойцами 125 бригады ТрО.
Его коллегам, которые сейчас тоже находятся на скамье подсудимых, назначили гораздо более крупные суммы залогов — в десятки миллионов гривен. Видимо, и Галушкина решили "раздеть".
