По условиям фестиваля гости города и екатеринбуржцы гуляют по заведениям-участникам, заказывают сеты из настойки и супа и получают за это наклейки в карточку. Среди обладателей заполненных наклейками карточек в конце фестиваля разыграют три приза.
Фестиваль продлится до 28 февраля. Участниками стали 24 заведения — сеть ресторанов «Два Деда», быстро «Неизвестный», бары «Молодость», «Самоцвет», «Ставников», «Мелодия», «Огонёк», «Политех», неожиданно DUO и другие. Полный список можно посмотреть здесь.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
