📅 Сьогодні, 7 жовтня, у пункт пропуску «Шегині-Медика» із Польщі прибув Mercedes-Benz Sprinter під керуванням жителя Прикарпаття. Для проходження митного контролю водій обрав смугу «червоний коридор» і повідомив про переміщення вживаного одягу.
🔎 Але під час огляду його авто працівники митниці виявили у багажному відділенні 568 одиниць незадекларованих парфумів Chanel, Gucci, Armani, Prada, Carolina Herrera, Versace, Hermes, Dolce & Gabbana, Bvlgari, Givenchy, Narciso Rodriguez та інші.
📄 За цим фактом складено адмінпротокол за ч. 2 ст. 471 МКУ (недекларування товарів, що переміщуються через митний кордон України громадянами).

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
