Сегодня, 31 января 1845 г. Официально был утвержден герб Евпатории с изображением золотой бараньей головы, обозначающей удобство Тархунского кута для разведения овец, и черного змея.
Герб был утвержден вместе с другими городами Таврической у описании герба указывалось:
"В правой половине щита, в зеленом поле, баранья золотая голова, означающая удобство Тарханского кута к разведению серих овец, слева в красном поле черный змий, обвившийся около серебряного жезла, пьющий из черной чаши - эмблема медицины, знаменующая Сакские грязи, коих действенность не подвержена сомнению".

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
