Резолюция была принята в исходном, нейтральном, виде, без осуждения вторжения РФ. В ней содержится призыв к «немедленному прекращению российско-украинского конфликта».
10 стран проголосовали за (США, КНР, РФ, Алжир, Гайана, Сьерра-Леоне, Южная Корея, Пакистан, Панама, Сомали), 5 воздержались (Великобритания, Франция, Греция, Словения, Дания).
Таким образом, впервые с начала полномасштабной войны, США, Россия и Китай проголосовали вместе за резолюцию по Украине.
Британия и Франция могли наложить вето, но не наложили.
Россия позитивно расценивает резолюцию как «отправную точку для дальнейших усилий по мирному урегулированию», заявил представитель РФ Небензя🤷
