Родился в Северной столице. В годы Великой Отечественной войны был слишком маленьким, чтобы осознать и запомнить весь ужас блокады.
В числе первых переселенцев в 1947 году с семьёй переехал в город Советск.
Учился в школе № 4. Позже получил высшее образование в Ленинграде: окончил технологический институт целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности.
Работал электромонтажником: прокладывал линии электропередач в Калининграде, Советске, Черняховске и Янтарном. В 1970-х в должности инженера-наладчика запускал химико-технологическое оборудование на целлюлозно-бумажных заводах по всему Советскому Союзу.

In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
