[ إشارات سريعة في الحكم على الناس ] ١- التكفير والتبديع والتضليل والتفسيق كلها من باب واحد، باب الأسماء والأحكام، وإنما يقال (مسائل الإيمان والكفر) لأنها أصل الأسماء والأحكام، والباقي تبعٌ لها. ٢- وكل هذه الأحكام يلزم فيها استيفاءُ الشروط وانتفاءُ الموانع. ٣- والعذر بالجهل والتأويل يَرِد فيها كلها. ٤- والأصل أن المكلف يعرف الأحكام في الجملة، لا أن يطبقها على المعيَّن؛ بل هذه وظيفة القاضي الشرعي. ٥- وهذه الأبواب لا يصح العمل فيها بالقرائن، بل لابد من بينة شرعية يصح العمل بها قضاءً، حتى يصح تنزيل تلك الأحكام على المعيَّن. ٦- ومن يطلق التبديع والتضليل بلا ضابط كمن يطلق التكفير، كلاهما متساهل في أعراض المسلمين.
