Для основы: лом печенья(1кг) с растопленным сливочным маслом(400гр) хорошо перемешать, можно добавить несколько ст.ложек какао. Утрамбовать в форму. Форма должна быть разъемная или создать второе дно из пакета, чтоб можно было вытащить.
Начинка: творожный сыр(400гр) перемешать с сахарной пудрой по вкусу, добавить немного сливок или просто прогреть массу и равномерно выложить на основу.
Ягоды (500гр) перемешать с агар-агаром, дать закипеть, можно добавить сахар, если ягоды кислые. Вылить на сырную массу.
Взбить сливки 33% (200-300мл) и украсить сверху, можно смешать с красителями и поиграть цветом.

While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
