Государственная компания Valsts nekustаmie ipāsumi уже в третий раз пыталась продать здание, но снова ни один потенциальный покупатель даже не заявился.
На этот раз Дом Москвы оценили в 2,499 миллиона евро. До этого здание пытались продать с первого аукциона за стартовую цену в 3,57 млн евро, на втором аукционе - за 2,856 млн евро.
Никто не хочет связываться с ворованным имуществом, понимая, что может остаться и без недвижимости, и без денег. Да ещё в России в чёрный список попадет.
