Но оказалось, что украсть чужое (сколько раз за свою недолгую историю Латвия это уже делала!) гораздо проще, чем продать. Даже если барыга в законе.
А тут ещё любой потенциальный покупатель рискует потерять не только купленный на аукционе украденный дом, но и вложенные в него деньги. Да ещё попасть под уголовную ответственность в России. Такая себе перспектива.
