💎 لا دليل على الاحتفال بالمولد لا مِن قرآن ولا سُنة ولا إجماع ولا قياس، واتفق العلماء أنَّه لم يكن على عهد السَّلف الصالح، ولم يُنكر أحد مِن الفقهاء أنَّه بدعة.
قال فقيه بلاد اليمن محمد بن علي الشوكاني – رحمه الله – عن الاحتفال بالمولد النبوي في “فتاويه" (٢/ ١٠٨٧-١٠٨٨):
«لم أجد إلى الآن دليلًا يدل على ثبوته من كتاب، ولا سُنة، ولا إجماع، ولا قياس، ولا استدلال. بل أجمع المسلمون: أنَّه لم يوجد في عصر خير القرون، ولا الذين يلونهم، ولا الذين يلونهم. ولم يُنكر أحد مِن المسلمين: أنَّه بدعة».اهـ
