Тутна днях коллега упоминала замечательного японского режиссера Сого Исии, а мне тем временем на глаза попалась небольшая документалка о нем — от того же автора, что выпускал ролик с историей создания «Тэцуо — железный человек».
То, что Исии — это панк от мира кино, можно было понять уже хотя бы по тому же «Электрическому дракону 80.000 V». Но до чего же потрясающая у человека фильмография.
Да и творческий путь в целом.
Чего только стоит факт, что Исии не хотел заканчивать школу, чисто чтобы не терять доступ к казенному кинооборудованию.
А когда ему удалось найти продюсеров, согласных помочь в создании дебютного трэш-кино про скулшутинг, последние выделили в помощь Юкихиро Саваду — опытного фильмодела с послужным списком, состоявшим преимущественно из пoрнoфильмов.
Впрочем, борьба за творческий контроль только раззадорила юного Исии:
