Почти столько же говорят об учащении увольнений рабочего (обслуживающего) персонала и начинающих специалистов (37 и 36% опрошенных соответственно). Самые низкие показатели у руководителей (16% опрошенных компаний) и топ-менеджмента (7%).
«Более трети» означает, что две трети текучку не зафиксировали. Видимо, работников этих компаний все устраивает.
А в «более трети» компаний во главе угла по-прежнему стоит прибыль собственников, а не работа с людьми.
