Очередную поправку в действующее законодательство одобрил Комитет Госдумы по госстроительству и законодательству.
Согласно пояснительной записки депутаты предложили ввести новую статью в Уголовный Кодекс, квалифицирующую деяния, направленные на оказание помощи противнику в деятельности против безопасности страны. Субъектами данной статьи выступают иностранцы и лица без гражданства, которые находятся на территории РФ.
За помощь противнику в деятельности против безопасности России будет грозить лишение свободы на срок от десяти до 15 лет с крупным штрафом в размере до 500 тысяч рублей.
