Валерий Бганба поднял вопрос о возможных нарушениях и жалобах. По заявлению председателя ЦИК, все поступившие жалобы проверяются в установленном законом порядке. Если они находятся за кругом полномочий ЦИК, то перенаправляются в соответствующий органы.
