Депутат Нацсобрания Рустам Бакоян должен извиниться перед общественно-политическим деятелем Эдгаром Казаряном, а также выплатить компенсацию в размере 1 миллиона драмов, сообщил адвокат последнего Вараздат Арутюнян.
Арутюнян уточнил, что во время заседания, созванного для представления кандидатов в защитники прав человека в Национальном собрании, Бакоян озвучил десятки оскорбительных высказываний в адрес Казаряна.
«Суд удовлетворил ходатайство о принесении извинений и возмещении причиненного морального вреда. А Апелляционный и Кассационный суды оставили решение, вынесенное в пользу нашего клиента, без изменения», – отметил защитник Казаряна.
