Оказалось, что осенью около села Пимери местный житель обрабатывал сельхоз поля с помощью квадрокоптера со взлетной массой 50 кг.
При этом разрешение на полеты он не получил, прав на управление воздушным судном и соответствующей документации не имел, квадрокоптер зарегистрирован не был.
