🔻محسن غرویان: با زندان و شلاق وضعیت حجاب درست نخواهد شد. تنها راه در مسئله حجاب، کار فرهنگی است. باید کاری کنیم که جامعه خودش به این نتیجه برسد عفت و حجاب یک ارزش انسانی است. بخشی از مردم با رعایت نکردن حجاب، اعتراض خودشان را به حیف‌ومیل کردن بیت‌المال ابراز می‌کنند. باید مشکلات اقتصادی و اجتماعی دیگر را حل کنیم تا بتوانیم در زمینه حجاب موفق شویم.
🔻محمد هاشمی گلپایگانی: کار فرهنگی بدون اقدام اجرایی پوچ است. کار فرهنگی بهانه‌ای شده تا افراد تن به اقدامات اجرایی ندهند. ۴۵ سال از انقلاب گذشته و باید مشخص شود که حوزه‌های علمیه که متولی اصلی امور فرهنگی‌اند چه اقداماتی کرده‌اند؟ طرح صحیح درباره حجاب برخورد قضایی با مردم نیست. به‌عنوان نمونه به‌جای اینکه مردم را جریمه کنیم، با مسئولین برخورد کنیم.
