Жесть, конечно, с Тарховым, ужасная история, тем трагичнее, что семейная драма. Знал Тархова с 2000 года, приходилось и работать с ним, и общаться. Не сильно долго, но достаточно, чтобы судить о нём. Но сейчас не к месту. Человек он был не обязательный, слово не всегда держал, но беззлобный и по своему добродушный.
