В преддверии Нового года мы заселили первый дом на 80 квартир в рамках программы «Доступное арендное жилье в Дальневосточном федеральном округе».

Наша задача — предоставить специалистам комфортные условия для жизни и работы в регионе. В числе тех, кто получил квартиры в новом доме, — участники спецоперации, врачи, учителя, работники сферы спорта и другие.

В общей сложности в рамках программы нам предстоит заселить еще около 880 квартир.

Хочу еще раз пожелать новоселам благополучия и счастья в новых домах!

Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
