Транскапиталбанк увеличил ставки до 27,75%, Совкомбанк — до 25,99%, Сбербанк — до 25,2%. ВТБ поднял ставки на новостройки до 26%, на вторичное жилье — до 26,7%. Также повысились ставки на строительство и покупку загородного жилья, достигнув в среднем 25,47%.

The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
