На место незамедлительно прибыл личный состав Архангельской областной службы спасения им. И.А.Поливаного и МЧС России. К этому моменту наблюдалось сильное задымление в ресторане на 1 этаже. Люди из здания эвакуировались самостоятельно. Пострадавших нет. В 11:41 пожар ликвидирован.
Известно, что на первом этаже бизнес-центра помимо ресторана «Маяк», находятся магазин «Розовый Zorro», офис «Промсвязьбанка», кофейня «Зарядье», студия красоты «Mon Ami».
