В 1921 г. был арестован начальником отряда по борьбе с бандитизмом в Староминском районе тов. Бугаевым, который был его хорошим другом, и спустя некоторое время расстрелян якобы за сокрытие банды. Но многие говорили, что он расстрелян на почве личных счетов с тов. Бугаевым. Довольно типичная история для Гражданской войны.

On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. And I think Jay Powell is a very tepid sort of inflation fighter and he's not going to do as much as he needs to do to get that under control. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon." Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows.
