На войне в Украине погиб 42-летний Николай Савкин из Шебекинского горокруга — 857-й погибший военнослужащий из Белгородской области.
О его гибели сообщила племянница Виктория Азарова на своей странице во «ВКонтакте». По её словам, Савкин был посмертно награждён Орденом Мужества.
