💡 Как будет работать самозапрет на кредиты и займы

С 1 марта 2025 года любой гражданин сможет установить самозапрет на получение кредитов и займов в банках и микрофинансовых организациях. Так можно обезопасить себя от мошенников.

📌 Основание: Федеральный закон от 26.02.2024 № 31-ФЗ

Установить и снять самозапрет можно в любой момент на Госуслугах — это бесплатно.

Для установления и снятия самозапрета гражданину обязательно нужен ИНН. Именно он является основным уникальным идентификатором гражданина в механизме самозапрета.
